Agronomist with a master’s degree in Environmental Planning and Management from the Catholic University, and specializations in Rural Development in Spain and Sustainable Agricultural Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation.
With 27 years’ experience, she has managed international technical cooperation projects in partnership with governments, the private sector and organizations such as the World Bank and IDB. She has worked in areas such as sustainable rural development, agri-food and family farming. She has published widely on international technical cooperation, agroecology, digital inclusion in the Brazilian countryside and environmental management, as well as coordinating technical exchanges between countries and participating in international committees.
