Muthoo was previously Deputy Director in IFAD’s Independent Office of Evaluation (IOE). He also served as Officer in Charge for IOE in 2012-2013 reporting directly to the Executive Board. Ashwani Muthoo has a Master’s degree in Data Engineering and a Bachelors with Honors in Management and Computer Science from the University of Keele, United Kingdom.

About the Brazil Africa Institute
The Brazil Africa Institute (IBRAF) is a non-profit organization focused on Triangular Technical Cooperation projects with an emphasis on Brazil-Africa relations. In addition to the Brazil Africa Forum, IBRAF develops projects such as the ATLANTICO magazine, the Mandela Centennial Exhibition and the Youth Technical Training Program (YTTP), which trains young Africans in Brazil.
